People who really wanting to know what they can practically do to protect their own health, the health of their families and the health of the whole community. I know that’s how Australians think. So, I wanted to give you five practical things.

人們想要知道如何可以真正的保護自己、家人和社區的健康。我知道澳洲人都是這樣想的。所以,我想要告知你五個很務實的建議。

1.Wash your hands. Do it often and do it properly

第一,勤洗手。常常洗,好好的洗。( 如何洗手的連結請看這裡 )

2.When you cough or sneeze, sneeze into your elbow.

第二,當你咳嗽或打噴嚏,請往自己的手肘裡咳嗽或打噴嚏。

3. Don’t touch your face. Get used to not touching your face. Even if it itches, please do not touch your face. If you need to touch your face, wash your hands first.

第三,不要碰自己的臉。一定要習慣不要碰自己的臉。就算真的非常癢,不要碰你自己的臉。如果你真的必須碰你的臉,請先洗手。

4. If you are out, practice social distancing. 1.5 meters away from everyone, whenever that is possible.

第四,如果你要出門,記得好好的保持人與人的距離,在任何時間,請盡可能與每個人保持最少1.5公尺遠的距離。

5.  If you are sick, stay at home. We want people who also have been in contact and known to be in contact with a positive case to stay at home for 14 days. People that have come back from overseas travel, stay at home for 14 days. This is the way we are going to help each other to decrease the rapidity of the infection to flatten the curve.

第五,如果你生病,請留在家裡。我們要曾經與確診病患接觸過的人隔離在家裡14天。從海外回來的人也須留在家裡14天。這樣我們就可以互相幫忙來降低被感染的速度進而讓感染者的曲線圖趨於平緩。
